Billing and Insurance Policies:

Payment for services is expected at the time of your visit unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept most major insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid.

If you have insurance, we will bill your insurance company directly. However, you are responsible for paying your co-payment or unmet deductible amount at the conclusion of your visit.

We accept cash, checks and Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Scheduling Appointments:

You may schedule an appointment with Dr. Goldman, Dr. Richter or Dr. Burse by calling (340) 714-1122.

While our staff makes every effort to stay on established schedules, there may be occasions where the Doctors are called into an emergency and your appointment time may be delayed. We will make every effort to minimize delays.

For New Patients:

Please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment, allowing ample time for traffic and parking. You will need this time to complete and sign any forms. Additionally, our staff will need this time to record and make copies of your insurance information. To access the patient history form for new patients, click HERE. To save time during your office visit, you may complete these forms in advance and email it to [email protected] or fax them to 340-715-4313.

Please make sure you have your current insurance card and a photo I.D. (driver’s license or passport) when you arrive for your appointment.

Please understand your insurance plan and the requirements for coverage. You will need to know:

  • If you need a referral from a primary care physician
  • If your coverage has an annual deductible
  • If your coverage has co-payment
  • If your insurance plan covers an office visit if you have no medical symptoms
  • If your insurance plan will cover a prescreening colonoscopy

Please be able to share information about all medications that have been prescribed for you and that you are currently taking.
